Quality Assurance Intern

Responsibilities:

- Work with cross-functional teams to implement and verify improvement actions.
- Assist with the collection, organization, and analysis of data.
- Support investigations of customer complaints, nonconforming material, and production quality issues. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions activities.
- Help identify trends in scrap, defect, rework and other quality indicators.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Comfortable in an office and manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
