The Role
Fidelity is seeking a Quantitative Research Intern to join the Strategic Advisers, LLC (SAI) team within the Asset Management Division. Interns will support the investment decision making process by developing portfolio analytics graphics for an improved user experience. Working closely on and testing the Multi-Asset Class fund alpha model and partnering with other quant researchers and analytics groups.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Class of 2028, master’s or PhD degree in financial mathematics, engineering, science, or related field
- Experience using Python/R, SQL, Tableau, AI tools
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience, interest, and sill in quantitative analyst and/or research
- Academic exposure or intellectual interest in financial markets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate findings

The base salary range for this position is $50 - $77 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
