Attracting and retaining premier talent is our top priority and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate extensively with the HR and Recruiting teams to provide a world class recruiting experience with Jump.

What You'll Do:

- Interface with vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule and manage all candidate interviews.

- Track all interview details in the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.

- Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates on their interview day.

- Analyze pre-employment paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness.

- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates with internal travel team.

- Update and maintain all candidate profiles in Greenhouse and confirm all relevant data is captured and tracked.

- Collaborate extensively with global recruiting team to create successful strategies for marketing Jump and building our brand.

- Other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills You'll Need:

- Strong organizational skills.

- Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel.

- At least 3+ years previous administrative experience strongly preferred.

- Previous experience using an ATS, CRM, or candidate management tool preferred but not required.

- Excellent data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- A hardworking and upbeat personality.

- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Excellent communicator with a customer service mindset.

- Reliable and predictable availability.
