About the Role

The Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Internship Program 2027 is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that supports both professional development and business impact. Throughout the 12-week program, interns work on high-impact projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to a variety of business functions.

As a Rev enue Op erations Intern (Data Analytics), you will support strategic initiatives that help drive performance, visibility, and decision-making across the North American sales organization. This is an op portunity to apply your analytical skills to real business challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that have a measurable impact on rev enue op erations.

Location: Global HQ – Rosemont, IL (Hybrid)

Schedule:

• In-Office: Tuesday – Thursday

• Remote: Monday & Friday

As our Rev enue Op erations Intern (Data Analytics), you will:

- Contribute to a high-impact analytics project focused on improving Rev enue Op erations performance and business outcomes.
- Assist with the mid-year evaluation and refinement of the 2027 North American Sales Incentive Plan.
- Support the development and automation of sales performance reporting, including: Rev enue performance versus targets and prior-year benchmarks.
- Margin analysis and profitability insights.
- Pricing trends, exceptions, and variance reporting.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data quality issues and perform CRM data cleansing activities.
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining pricing and rev enue dashboards that support data-driven decision making.
- Work closely with Rev enue Op erations team members, advisors, and mentors to complete daily op erational and analytical tasks.
- Participate in a 12-week cross-functional case study project and present recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Attend team and departmental meetings to gain exposure to broader business op erations and share project updates.
- Apply critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to identify op portunities for process improvement and op erational efficiency.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Rev enue Op erations Intern (Data Analytics):

- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 preferred.
- Must be local to the Chicagoland area and available to work a hybrid schedule throughout the internship.
- Strong interest in data analytics, rev enue op erations, sales op erations, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, Salesforce, or other sales technologies preferred.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The base wage range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual base pay will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength provides a valuable and enriching experience for interns. Depending on the length and timing of their internship, interns may qualify for paid holidays during their assignment. They are also eligible for paid sick leave as outlined by state and local laws. Eligibility for all benefits is determined by the applicable plan documents and company policies.
