The role offers meaningful responsibility, close collaboration with attorneys and clients, and the opportunity to support both the firm’s international trade team and litigation attorneys in the office on a range of complex matters.

Responsibilities:

- Support attorneys in international trade matters, including regulatory compliance, litigation, administrative proceedings, transactions, investigations, and enforcement matters

- Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and workflows to ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate document collections, reviews, and productions, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking resources

- Familiarity with administrative proceedings or regulatory matters is a plus; experience with filings before government agencies is helpful but not required
- Strong research, drafting, proofreading, organizational, and document management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing demands
- Meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong written and verbal communication skills
