We are looking for FP&A Manager to join our Bobcat team.

As an FP&A Manager , you will provide financial support to our Aftermarket Business Units and oversee SG&A controlling across EMEA. You will act as a trusted business partner, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.
## We´re looking for someone who can:

- Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other stakeholders on financial matters

- Analyze business performance, profitability, pricing and cost trends

- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts and management presentations

- Lead budgeting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) activities

- Monitor and control SG&A expenses across the EMEA region

- Support financial forecasting and variance analysis

- Perform gross margin and profitability analyses

- Provide business case evaluations and ad hoc financial analyses

- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and accounting standards

- Support audits, inventory reviews and financial reporting processes

What sets you apart:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field

- 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Financial Analysis within an international environment

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting

- Experience with profitability and cost analysis

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint

- Experience with ERP and reporting systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Structured and detail-oriented approach

- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders

- Fluent English
