Supervisor Mantenimiento

Job Overview

Esta posición es res´ponsable de coordinar los programas de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria, asegurar una estrategia para el correcto uso de los recursos: personas, equipo, herramientas y refacciones, ser el facilitador con otras áreas para lograr los objetivos y encargarse de mejorar la disponibilidad y rendimiento de la maquinaria.

A Day In The Life

- Revisión de la estrategia planeada para cumplir objetivos establecidos

- Asegurar las acciones correspondientes derivadas de los mantenimientos preventivos y/o predictivos

- Revisar y retroalimentar anualmente el plan de mantenimiento preventivo, de acuerdo al comportamiento del equipo.

- Aprobar la entrega de maquinaria al área de Mantenimiento.

- Coordinar el mantenimiento correctivo en base a prioridades de maquinaria y producción

- Identificar refacciones de desgaste normal y dar de alta en sistema de almacén de refacciones

- Identificar refacciones críticas de los equipos.

- Planeación de rol de turnos, vacaciones y permisos de su personal a su cargo.

- Revisión semanal y mensual de sus KPI´s. con supervisores de mantenimiento

What will help you thrive in this role?

- Escolaridad Ingeniería concluida en mecánica, electromecánica, industrial o a fin.

- Disponibilidad de rotar turnos.

- Conocimiento de centros de maquinados o CNC.

- Experiencia en manejo de personal tecnico a su cargo.

- Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en puesto similar.
