## Job responsibilities 1

- 先期供应商质量 (ASQ) 是确保先期产品质量计划的执行 (APQP) 及其在各个时间节点完成和跟进供应商的绩效。 主要任务是 :  根据集团和采购需求，部署相关零件的 APQP 开发进程
- 给技术决策提出建议 ( 即做好 TFC 评估 ) ，确保在零件开发过程中没有质量缺陷。
- 对于低绩效供应商，与战略采购做好管理提升及合作计划。
- 与工厂 SQA 和质量工程师做好供应商的过程质量资质审核 ( 包括试生产和过程审核 ) 。
- 按照 APQP 进展要求，与项目团队完成决策。
- 培训供应商，确保定义的标准能准确实施。
- 在移交工厂前，管控零件生产批准程序，并移交 SQA 。
- 万一有零件偏差，管理好供应商的行动计划。
- 参与战略采购对供应商的过程、技术职责的评估。

技能和知识 Skills & Knowhow

- 改进工具(8D/QRCI)的理论和方法 the theory and method of quality improve tools (8D/QRQC)
- 工程图纸的理解和应用Understanding/adoption drawing
- Excel、Abode Reader、Word等办公软件 Excel、Abode Reader、Word etc. office software
- 可使用质量工具(APQP, FMEA,SPC,MSA等) Skillful at APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA etc…
- 熟悉IATF, VDA等AIAG要求；
- 熟悉常见座椅零部件生产工艺，如冲压，注塑，冷镦，装配等
