## Job Description

Include but are not limited to:

- Maintenance and growth of existing Public Safety, Transportation, Utility & Commercial   accounts within territory;
- Growth of mature sales/service opportunity through funnel management and multi-level selling; positioning Motorola system solutions vs competitive offerings and budget constraints;
- Meeting and exceeding release and revenue goals;
- Experience in forecasting;
- Development of complex sales and account strategies;
- Intimate customer knowledge of processes, networks, procurement;
- Teaming across resource teams to advance customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements

- Five year in direct sales with experience in large system sales to government agencies a must.
- Understanding and experience of public safety , Transportation, Utility, Commercial  marketplace, including customer operations and requirements a must.
- Thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace for the vertical market
- BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.
- Presentation skills and training in group settings required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem solving abilities required.
- Skills in client relationship building and opportunity creation required.
- Complex negotiation experience and effective collaborative & teaming skills, Strong customer communication & relationship required.
- Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Knowledge in wireless communications is required.
- Must be able to successfully work and relate in multiple layers of complex customer government accounts including but not limited to political, technical, and operational.
- Fluent in Chinese and English is needed for the market; Proficiency in Japanese is desirable
- Knowledge on support service / ICT oriented background a plus.
