Job Responsibilities:

Du möchtest neben deinem Studium wertvolle Praxiserfahrung im Human Resources Bereich sammeln und aktiv hinter die Kulissen eines internationalen Unternehmens blicken? Dann werde Teil unseres HR-Teams in St. Valentin und unterstütze uns dabei, Mitarbeiter_innen entlang ihres gesamten Beschäftigungszyklus zu begleiten.

Die Anstellung ist für mind. 20 Stunden/Woche geplant, kann aber gerne auf bis zu 38,5 Stunden/Woche ausgedehnt werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung unserer HR-Generalist_innen im Tagesgeschäft
- Mitarbeit bei Recruiting-Prozessen und Bewerbermanagement
- Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
- Erstellung von Verträgen, Bestätigungen, Dienstzeugnissen und HR-Dokumenten
- Pflege von Personaldaten und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in unseren HR-Systemen
- Mitarbeit bei Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten, Karrieremessen und Events
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen

Du bist eine offene, organisierte Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an Human Resources und möchtest bereits während deines Studiums aktiv Verantwortung übernehmen? Wenn du gerne mit Menschen arbeitest, verantwortungsvoll mit vertraulichen Informationen umgehst, strukturiert bist und Freude daran hast, Prozesse mitzugestalten, dann passt du perfekt in unser Team.

Deine Qualifikationen:

- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Recht oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Interesse an Human Resources und modernen Personalprozessen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Eigeninitiative sowie Lernbereitschaft

Worauf du dich freuen kannst:

Dein Einsatz ist ab sofort für mind. 20 bis max. 38,5 Stunden/Woche bei uns in St. Valentin geplant, wobei das Stundenausmaß passend zu deiner Ausbildung gewählt werden kann. Die Arbeitszeiten sind flexibel einteilbar. Die Anstellung erfolgt über einen Personaldienstleister.

Es ist uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.802,93 .
