About this role

Are you ready to turn precise manufacturing into meaningful outcomes for patients with rare and devastating diseases? - Safety and GMP Compliance: Ensure personal compliance with Health, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards; promote a safe, right-first-time culture.

- Change Management: Support ongoing change initiatives, ensuring changes are controlled, communicated, and embedded effectively.
- Digital Adoption: Embrace new digital tools and technologies, model best practices, and collaborate with peers to accelerate digital adoption in the area.
- Coaching and Development: Take ownership of personal development and contribute to the growth of less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and on-the-job support.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional members of the manufacturing organization to align priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.
