In Places, we don’t sit back and let things happen; we make things happen, and we do this in service to all Apple employees and customers. Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple’s retail stores, workplaces, and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.

As part of our Places Construction team, you’ll play a significant role in transforming spaces into
functional corporate offices and product development centers. We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our key capital projects, including the delivery of high-design workplaces and technically complex laboratory fit-outs. This role requires a unique blend of skills—the ability to implement an elevated design vision with meticulous attention to detail, deep technical expertise, and strong project management discipline.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for project delivery to partners and leadership, responsible for taking projects from initial concept through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders—including executive leadership, internal cross-functional partners, architects, engineers, and general contractors—to deliver inspiring and functional spaces on time and within budget.

Exceptional consensus-building and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical construction issues clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders
