About this role
Standard Job Description
The Global Business Framework and Integration Director integrates country, regional, Business Area, and functional strategies into cohesive Master Plans and establishes the organizational structures required to execute them.
Working with country, regional, Business Area, functional, and program leaders, the Director will synthesize relevant strategies, priorities, opportunities, and constraints into an integrated Master Plan. The Director will translate the plan into measurable lines of effort and design and implement the fit-for-purpose organization needed to support execution.
The role is central to the company’s evolution from U.S.-based businesses operating internationally toward a more integrated global company. Success requires a leader who can connect strategy to execution, build alignment across organizational boundaries, understand the business realities of international operations, and tailor organizational solutions to each country or region.
This role reports to the Vice President, Enterprise International Integration.

Lead Cross-Organizational Integration
* Serve as a central integrator for complex international efforts spanning multiple Business Areas, functions, programs, countries, and stakeholder groups.
