- Manage work orders within Corrigo from intake through completion, including prioritization, documentation, vendor coordination and timely closure.
- Support preventive maintenance activities, office moves, site openings and closures, decommissioning projects and workplace changes across the portfolio.
- Monitor vendor and landlord performance, track commitments through completion and escalate unresolved operational or service concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate operational records, support reporting activities and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, process efficiency and overall portfolio operations.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, building operations, corporate real estate or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, operational workstreams or facilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety and general maintenance operations.
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or work-order platforms; Corrigo experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills with the ability to independently manage routine operational matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across vendors, landlords and internal stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned DC/MD/VA portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or multi-site corporate portfolios.
- Familiarity with vendor management, landlord coordination and facilities service-delivery processes.
- Experience supporting office moves, site openings/closures, facility incidents or decommissioning activities.
- Exposure to regulated or complex corporate environments such as government contracting, defense, aerospace or technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- FMP, CFM or comparable facilities-industry certification.
