- Assist with reporting automation and process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy.
- Partner with Product Operations, Engineering Operations, product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify reporting needs.
- Create clear summaries, job aids, and presentations that translate analysis into actionable insights for business leaders.

- Hands-on use of Power BI, Excel, Azure DevOps, Jira, and structured data-quality methods.
- How metric definitions, data models, and governance standards create reliable executive reporting.
- Professional skills in analytical storytelling, stakeholder communication, project management, documentation, and presenting findings.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Academic, project, or work experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, or visualization.

- Foundational experience with SQL, data modeling, data validation, or analysis of structured datasets through coursework or projects.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, written communication, and the ability to explain findings clearly.
