FA Technician/Associate Engineer (Hsinchu)

Job Description:

Responsible for the PFA technical work in FA Lab, such as complicated ICs decap, delayer, lapping, x-section, SEM etc. Maintaining lab facility and managing technical documents.

Essential Functions :

- Assist FA engineers, dealing with all kinds of complicated ICs decap, x-section/lapping and operating SEM etc.
- Maintaining lab facility.
- Manage FA group documents.
- Complete other tasks assigned.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree
- Good problem solving skill and team work
- Strong hands-on ability
- Basic reading and written English
- Basic lab chemical knowledge
