Job Description:

This is a temporary part time role based in our San Jose, CA office.

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this position are to maintain the functions of the front desk, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical duties. This position is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of being converted to a regular employee.

Essential Functions

- Answering the telephone and greeting visitors.
- Mail distribution and postage refill.
- Updates the phone & employee directory.
- Ordering and maintaining office & break room supplies.
- Handling travel arrangements for employees/candidates/guests.
- Backup for scheduling interviews and reserving conference rooms.
- Assisting with the Visas/Passport application process.
- Business card orders.
- Purchase requisition and invoices reconciliation.
- Help support company events.
- Various assignments/projects.

Qualifications

- Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an upbeat telephone personality.
- Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to effectively multi-task on multiple projects.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- At least 1 years’ office experience is highly preferred.

Locations:

- San Jose

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The hourly pay range for this position in Washington is $18-30/hr.
