Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Logistics Project Support

- Support the delivery of supply chain and logistics projects across different business functions.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and operational teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities.

Product Delivery & Operations

- Support daily operations and maintenance of supply chain-related applications and platforms.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for incident resolution.
- Ensure stable operation of business-critical systems and services.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, user guides, and knowledge repositories.

AI Enablement & Business Transformation

- Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to optimize existing supply chain and logistics processes.
- Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, automation tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Utilize modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation platforms to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze business challenges and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and measurable value.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions and cultures.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and contribute innovative ideas.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging AI, supply chain, and digital technologies.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a growth mindset in daily work.
